Take comfort because He loves you
He cares as only He can
Lift up your eyes to Him in prayer
He's waiting to take your hand
In all things, He is with you
He's faithful day by day
Wanting so much to comfort
If only you will pray
Just trust in Him completely
To ease the heartache you feel
Ask and it shall be given
The Master's touch will heal
Take comfort because He carried
The sin of man to the cross
He did all this because of love
He died to save all the lost
Take comfort because the Son of God
Will one day come again
And those who believe will go on to live
In Heaven's Promised Land
